This role offers an outstanding opportunity to lead vital upcoming projects with budgets up to £100 million each across our diverse estate, from our original accommodation and facilities through to new campus upgrades.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of multiple, simultaneous complex projects within our diverse estate environment. You’ll take ownership from day one, through to the completion and occupation of buildings.

Small Works and Refurbishments Project Manager

Within this role, you’ll work on a varied set of projects from small (e.g. lighting, carpets, painting) to large-scale maintenance, such as lab installations (e.g. lab gases, benching, power/data for specialist equipment).

You’ll manage expectations and liaise with academics and contractors to ensure your projects are delivered safely and on time.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting all necessary requirements, budgets and client expectations.

You’ll join a growing team managing capital development and day-to-day maintenance projects. We are a supportive, flexible team that promotes a positive work-life balance. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 2-3 days on campus per week.
